  Strawberry Plant Ice Cream Dessert,

 Preparation

  1. Remove ice cream from freezer and let soften for about 15 minutes.
  2. Line 4 small pots lined with aluminum foil. You can also line the pots using  small plastic bags , then trim excess plastic once the pot is filled with ice cream.
  3. Using a small spoon fill/pack the pots with ice cream saving a half inch of space at the top of the pot.
  4. Place the pots back in the freezer for 15 minutes or longer.
  5. Remove the filling from 8 Oreo cookies and place the cookies into a heavy Ziploc bag. Using a rolling pin or wine bottle crush the cookies into a powder.
  6. To assemble remove the ice cream pots from the freezer and make a pencil sized hole in the center of the ice cream. Place the sprig of spearmint in the hole, then add the Oreo crumbles as soil. Place the strawberry and serve.
